Baba’s Burger serves the most delicious burgers and sandwiches and has recently added weekend brunch to their menu. The owner and staff are very friendly and deeply care about providing high quality and tasty food and amazing service. We ordered “The New Orleans Eggs Benedict”, “Triple Stack Pancakes”, “Belgian Waffle” and “Real Swiss Mushroom Burger”. We mixed and matched our pancakes and chose blueberry, chocolate chip and banana and all 3 were delicious. The New Orleans Egg Benedict had a nice caviar topping and was served with a generous portion of seasonal fruits. The waffle was delicious and fresh, served with fruits. The burger was one of the best burgers I’ve had. The beef patty was juicy, tender and perfectly seasoned. The restaurant has a cozy vibe and there’s ample parking spots available in front of the restaurant.
Ive got the sosis bandari, the quality was excellent, well seasoned, and the service was even better. Everyone was super friendly, and I really loved the vibe of the place. You can tell they care about what they do. Great food, great people!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Baba’s Burger Sandwich Friendly staff and a very polite, helpful owner. The food was tasty and brought back the classic sandwich flavor I was looking for. They offer great options like Calbas, Cold Cut, Sosis, and Hamburger. Personally, I found the sauce a bit more than my preference, but overall, a great experience!
This was my first time and I couldn't decide,, so I went with the cashier's suggestion and ordered the chicken shawarma sub. I only waited about 10 mins and was so surprised by the size, since I actually wasn't expecting an entire footlong sub. It was tasty. The bread was lightly toasted and generous amount of toppings, so filling. Good lunch!
Baba’s Burgers is a hidden gem! Absolutely delicious! This spot nails the perfect sandwich and burger every time—fresh ingredients, juicy patties, and flavors that hit the spot. The staff is friendly, the vibe is laid-back, and the food? Next level. Highly recommend for a quick bite or a casual hangout!
Stepping into Baba’s Burgers is more than just a meal, it’s a journey back in time, a warm hug for the nostalgic child in all of us. As someone who’s always on the hunt for a classic Persian sandwich, I was not disappointed. Baba’s captures the essence of this unique culinary tradition, blending familiar flavours with a heartfelt, homemade touch. The owner, Saied, is a true master of his craft. He has been in the hospitality industry since late 90’s, and it shows in every detail, from the pristine cleanliness of the restaurant to the warm, knowledgeable service he provides. His experience isn't just a number—it's a deep understanding of what makes a dining experience special. He knows the ins and outs of the business like the back of his hand, and this expertise shines through in every bite. It's easy to forget that the concept of a sausage sandwich found its way to Iran through a fascinating cultural exchange. Thanks to connections with Europe, particularly Germany and Poland, during the late 19th and early 20th centuries, sausages became a popular import. Iranians, with their knack for innovation, quickly adopted this new ingredient and made it their own, cleverly creating sandwiches that perfectly suited their palate. Over time, this evolved into the beloved French-style baguette filled with meat, a light, tangy sauce, and a colourful medley of fresh toppings. The Food: I started with the classic burger and it was a delightful surprise. The homemade patty was juicy with a subtle, smoky flavour that made it stand out from the crowd. It was the perfect size, and while I would slightly modify the bread, this burger easily earns an 8/10. It’s a classic, flavourful experience that I’d choose over a smash burger any day. But the real star of the show was the German sausage sandwich. This was a truly classic Persian sandwich—well-balanced, filling, and packed with flavour. The sausage was perfectly complemented by the crisp lettuce, fresh tomato, tangy pickles, and a delicious house sauce. It reminded me that sometimes, the classics are the best. This is a welcome contrast to the modernized versions I see today, which are often overstuffed with deli meat, mushrooms, and cheese. While I do enjoy those sometimes, this simple, delicious creation earned a perfect 9/10 in my book for its commitment to tradition. The service was impeccable, and Saied is not only friendly and helpful but also genuinely passionate about his work. The restaurant itself was immaculate and inviting. For anyone feeling a bit nostalgic or just looking for an outstanding meal, Baba’s Burgers is the place to be. I know I’ll be back for another trip down memory lane. The burgers are juicy with great seasoning, the buns are soft and fresh, and the toppings are always crisp and generous. Portions are solid, and everything tastes like it’s made with real care. The staff is friendly and quick, and the service feels warm and welcoming. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout, Baba Burgers delivers consistently delicious meals every time. Highly recommend if you’re craving a quality burger that won’t disappoint!
If you’re a fan of authentic, comforting flavors, the tongue sandwich here is truly a standout experience. The meat was incredibly tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked،no unpleasant smell, no toughness at all. The seasoning was well balanced, and the fresh bread brought everything together beautifully. Every bite felt rich and satisfying, almost like a homemade meal done right. The portion size was generous and absolutely worth it. Easily one of the best tongue sandwich experiences in Toronto. I’ll definitely be coming back!
